LovingKindness World Missions values trust and therefore respects the privacy of all visitors to our website. To protect privacy, our organization has implemented the following policy:

Information We Collect: Most of the data and information we collect through our website is used only to help us achieve our mission. It is our policy to collect and store only personal information that our clients knowingly and freely provide.

• General Users

We do not collect any personal information from users browsing our website. When you use the public areas of our website, you are doing so anonymously. We do collect aggregate user information, such as the number of visits per page. We use aggregate data for internal and marketing purposes, but we don't collect any personally identifying information.

• Donors and Other Customers

If while visiting our website you order a product, register for a conference, submit a technical assistance question, or request other information, you will be asked to provide certain information. In all cases this information is submitted voluntarily. In most cases, we ask contributors to provide their name, title, organization name, address, telephone, and e-mail. If you're making a purchase or donation, you may be asked for credit card information in order to complete your transaction. Similar information may be submitted to us on an order form or registration form.

LovingKindness World Missions does not sell, trade, rent or share names, addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses of our donors. LovingKindness World Missions will use contact information (e-mail, telephone numbers or addresses) of donors for these purposes only:

• Produce receipts for donations;

• Acknowledge donors for their contributions;

• Inform donors about news, upcoming fundraising events and mission activities;  

• Internal analysis and record keeping;

• If necessary, reporting to relevant U.S. agencies; and

• As a means of recognizing support, LovingKindness World Missions may occasionally publish names of donors in various newsletters, brochures and publications. If a donor prefers their name not be published, please notify us in writing, by mail.

Donor/Customer Lists: Our donor/customer list is not for sale. When you visit our website or become a contributor, your name and mailing information will not be sold.

Credit Card Account Information: We utilize secure transaction methods when collecting credit card information over the Internet. LovingKindness World Missions does not disclose credit card account information provided by our contributors. We submit the information to the appropriate clearinghouse in order to obtain payment.
